- Some products display a “Starting From” price. Final pricing depends on:

- Quantity ordered
A final quotation will be provided before production begins where applicable.
Quotations
Quotes provided by Maawa Signs & Printing are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
Prices may change after this period due to material or production cost changes.
Proof Approval
Where a digital proof is supplied, production will only begin after customer approval.
Once approved, Maawa Signs & Printing is not responsible for any errors including:
- Spelling mistakes
- Incorrect colours requested
- Incorrect dimensions
- Missing information
- Design approval errors
Please review all proofs carefully before approval.
Production Times
Production times are estimates only and may vary depending on:

- Artwork approval
- Material availability
- Seasonal demand
Production will begin only after payment (where required) and artwork approval have been received.
Delivery
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the courier service.
We are not liable for delays caused by:
- Courier companies
- Weather conditions
- Public holidays
- Circumstances beyond our control
Risk transfers to the customer upon delivery.
Installation
Where installation services are provided:
- Customers must ensure safe and reasonable access to the installation site.
- Additional charges may apply for difficult access or unexpected site conditions.

Payments

Orders may require full or partial payment before production begins.

Cancellations
Because our products are custom-made:
- Orders may only be cancelled before production begins.
- Once production has started, cancellations cannot be accepted.
Any design work already completed may be chargeable.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the personalized nature of our products, custom-made items cannot be returned or refunded unless:
- The product is defective.
- The wrong product was supplied.
- The product differs significantly from the approved artwork or agreed specification.
Customers must notify us within 7 days of receiving their order.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Provide photographs of the product and packaging.
- We will investigate and, where appropriate, replace or refund the item.
Colour Accuracy
Colours displayed on screens may differ from printed products due to monitor settings and printing processes.
Minor colour variations are not considered defects.
